All tickets are available to purchase online through our ticketing partner Tixr. If you need assistance purchasing tickets, we are available for phone sales on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10am-2pm EST at 845-679-2744. If tickets are still available on the evening of the show, we will sell them at the gate when gates open.
We are in the process of switching to digital QR code tickets, which will be available in your Tixr wallet three weeks before the show day. During this transfer period, please note that some of our shows are still will-call only with entry done by name and there will be NO physical tickets or QR codes. If you are unsure if the show you are attending has QR code tickets or is will-call only, please reach out to us for confirmation at info@levonhelm.com.
All of our tickets are non-refundable. We do allow for transfers through Tixr and you can find more information about how to transfer your tickets here. Before you purchase tickets to an upcoming show, please read our Ticket Policy carefully!
PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR TICKETS ARE SOLD EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH OUR TICKETING PARTNER, TIXR, via OUR WEBSITE. IF YOU PURCHASE TICKETS FROM A THIRD PARTY RESELLER (STUB HUB, VIVID, ETC) AND DO NOT HAVE A PROPERLY TRANSFERRED QR CODE TICKET, YOU WILL BE DENIED ENTRY.
Please note that the studio is CLOSED outside of show hours. The property is a private residence and we kindly ask that you don't stop by!

UNFORTUNATELY, AS MUCH AS WE LOVE THEM, WE CAN NOT ACCOMMODATE DOGS OR OTHER PETS AT THE VENUE AND THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED IN CARS. ANYONE ARRIVING WITH A DOG/PET WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ENTRY AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
