The best (and only) way to visit Levon Helm Studios is by coming to one of our upcoming shows! Outside of show hours, the Studio is closed to the public. The property is a private residence and we kindly ask that you refrain from stopping by!

IMPORTANT DIRECTIONS FOR FINDING US: Please look for our pink mailbox with number "160" on the east side of Plochmann Lane. We also have a signboard at the top of the driveway that says ENTER HERE. As we are located in a residential neighborhood, we ask that you are respectful of our neighbors and do not turn around in private driveways on Plochmann Lane.

UNFORTUNATELY, AS MUCH AS WE LOVE THEM, WE CAN NOT ACCOMMODATE DOGS OR OTHER PETS AT THE VENUE AND THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED IN CARS. ANYONE ARRIVING WITH A DOG/PET WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ENTRY AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
The tickets that you have purchased will be issued as QR code tickets and available to download in your Tixr Wallet 3 weeks before the show date. Upon check-in, you will be given a wristband corresponding to your ticket type which will allow you to enter into the studio. Your wristband must be worn at all times.
All tickets are non-refundable and we do not issue credits. Tickets can be transferred within your Tixr Wallet. Please note that both parties will need to have a Tixr account in order for the transfer to be properly processed.
Pets. Sorry, we love pets but cannot allow them onto the property. You may NOT leave them in your car.
Professional audio visual recording equipment or professional cameras with detachable lenses. Point and shoot cameras with or without flashes. Please leave cameras at home.
Illegal substances
Weapons of any kind, including: firearms, knives, box cutters, tools (hammers, screwdrivers, etc.), pepper spray, mace, etc.
No food, coolers, cans, or glass containers are allowed in the studio - they must be left in your car.

Portable seating (you cannot bring your own seating or stools)
In an effort to be more environmentally conscious and promote carpooling, parking is charged at $8 per car if pre-purchased with your tickets or $10 per car on the day of show. Parking is staff directed and located in a grassy field on our property and is within close walking distance from the studio entrance. It can get muddy when it rains, so please be prepared with appropriate footwear.
PLEASE NOTE: YOU CAN NOT PARK ON PLOCHMANN LANE. Any cars parked on the street run the risk of being towed/ticketed.
Alternate parking can be found along Tinker Street / Mill Hill Road in the town of Woodstock, which is approximately 1 mile away / 20 minute walk up a small hill. We suggest pre-booking any Uber/Lyfts/taxis or car services and being dropped off /picked up at the top of our driveway.
No vehicles over 24ft in length are allowed on the property. Vehicles may not be left overnight (no camping allowed).
Bring a Reusable Cup or Bottle!
We invite you to bring a non-alcoholic beverage of your choice and a reusable cup or bottle (metal or plastic, 20 oz. max, NO GLASS). You must pour your beverage into your cup or bottle while in your car - no cans or glass bottles are allowed into the studio. In an effort to eliminate single-use plastic, we no longer provide plastic cups. We do have souvenir Levon Helm Studios custom pint glasses for sale at the merchandise table!
We also provide free water via water dispensers located in the garage and the main venue where you can fill your cup or bottle!
We rarely cancel shows, but in the event of extreme weather we do recommend that you check our social media and website on the day of the show just in case! Please note that in the event of a show cancellation or rescheduling, we will contact all ticket holders via the email address that was provided when tickets were purchased.
Levon Helm Studios has a wheelchair accessible ramp into the studio, and a handi-accessible porta potty. For any additional accessibility questions, please email info@levonhelm.com.
