Ticket Policy

Please read through our ticket policy carefully before you make your purchase.

Levon Helm Studios does NOT provide physical or print-at-home tickets. When you purchase tickets to an upcoming event at Levon Helm Studios, your name (the name on your order) will be placed on a Will Call list at the front gate on the night of the show where you will receive your wristband upon check-in. You must be prepared to present a valid photo ID matching the name on the order. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anybody who cannot provide a photo ID to match the name on the order.

Refunds will only be made available in the following circumstances:

  • Show cancellation: if a show is cancelled and a reschedule date is not provided, Levon Helm Studios will automatically refund all tickets for the cancelled show.

  • Show postponement / reschedule: if a show is postponed to a new date due to inclement weather, artist illness, or for any other reason, refunds will be made available to all ticket buyers by email request to info@levonhelm.com for a period of one week (7 days) from the announcement of postponement. Please provide your name, email address, and order number to request a refund. After the 7-day window has closed, refunds will no longer be available and all remaining tickets will be automatically valid for the newly rescheduled date.

  • Ticket-holder medical emergency: if you or a member of your party is unable to attend a show due to medical emergency, you may submit a request for refund to info@levonhelm.com. Your request MUST include a note from a doctor or medical professional.

Outside of the circumstances listed above, Levon Helm Studios does not issue refunds.

In order to protect our customers against online scams and fake tickets, Levon Helm Studios does not allow tickets to be transferred from one person to another. The name on your order must match the name on the valid photo ID used to pick up your wristbands at the gate. In the case that you have purchased tickets on behalf of somebody else, or as a gift for somebody else, a request for a ticket transfer must be made via email within 72 hours of the time of purchase and before 3pm on the day of the show. To make such a request, email info@levonhelm.com with the following information:

  • Your name

  • Your order number

  • The name of the person to whom you wish to transfer the tickets

  • The email address of the person to whom you wish to transfer the tickets

Note: at this time, we cannot transfer a single ticket in an order of multiple tickets to a new name. The whole order must be transferred.

Outside of this 72-hour transfer window (beginning at the time of purchase) we do not allow tickets to be transferred from one person to another.

Levon Helm Studios is excited to partner with Lyte to provide a hassle-free, safe way for fans to get official tickets after a show sells out, or for fans to get rid of tickets if your plans change. A small fee is charged to the seller and to the buyer in order to cover Lyte’s operating expenses, however Levon Helm Studios does not profit from these transactions.

How it works:

  • Returning Tickets: If you have a ticket you can’t use, you can return it by connecting to your Eventbrite account that was used to place your original order. Lyte will give you an instant offer and if you accept, your ticket will be immediately invalidated and given to the next person on the waitlist. Simply let the offer expire if you change your mind.

  • Requesting Tickets (waitlist): If you missed out on buying tickets to a show that is now sold out, you may get on our Lyte waitlist. Select your preferred ticket type and ticket quantity. Enter your payment information and you will be placed on the waitlist. Lyte will only process the payment if your order is filled. Lyte will email you as soon as your request is filled.

Levon Helm Studios does not allow direct fan-to-fan re-sale of tickets and we STRONGLY caution our fans against purchasing tickets directly from another customer in any fashion other than via Lyte. Do not purchase tickets that you see advertised by customers on websites like Stubhub.com, Craigslist.com, Facebook.com, or any other third-party platform.
