Ticket Policy

Please read through our ticket policy carefully before you make your purchase.

UNFORTUNATELY, AS MUCH AS WE LOVE THEM, WE CAN NOT ACCOMMODATE DOGS OR OTHER PETS AT THE VENUE AND THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED IN CARS. ANYONE ARRIVING WITH A DOG/PET WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ENTRY AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

TICKET FULFILLMENT

Levon Helm Studios does NOT provide physical or print-at-home tickets. When you purchase tickets to an upcoming event at Levon Helm Studios, your name (the name on your order) will be placed on a Will Call list at the front gate on the night of the show where you will receive your wristband upon check-in. You must be prepared to present a valid photo ID matching the name on the order. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anybody who cannot provide a photo ID to match the name on the order.

Please note, in order to purchase tickets on our website you will need to create a Tixr account. If you delete that account BEFORE the show date, we will no longer be able to access your tickets in our database or check you in at the gate and those tickets will not be eligible for use on the waitlist.

REFUNDS

All tickets are non-refundable. Refunds will only be made available in the following circumstances:

  • Show cancellation: if a show is cancelled and a reschedule date is not provided, Levon Helm Studios will automatically refund all tickets for the cancelled show.

  • Show postponement / reschedule: if a show is postponed to a new date due to inclement weather, artist illness, or for any other reason, refunds will be made available to all ticket buyers by email request to info@levonhelm.com for a period of one week (7 days) from the announcement of postponement. Please provide your name, email address, and order number to request a refund. After the 7-day window has closed, refunds will no longer be available and all remaining tickets will be automatically valid for the newly rescheduled date.

  • Ticket-holder medical emergency: if you or a member of your party is unable to attend a show due to medical emergency, you may submit a request for refund to info@levonhelm.com. Your request MUST include a note from a doctor or medical professional, and must be received by 3pm on the day of show.

Outside of the circumstances listed above, Levon Helm Studios does not issue refunds.

TICKET TRANSFERS

If you are unable to use your tickets and would like to transfer them to another party, you are able to do so by simply logging into your Tixr account and going to MY EVENTS. From there, select the ticket(s) that you would like to transfer and enter the email address you want to receive the transfer offer. 

Please note that the person receiving the tickets will need to create a Tixr log-in and accept the transfer before the tickets are in their name.

WAITLIST

Waitlists will be automatically launched for all shows and for any ticket types that sell out. The Waitlist allows you to get in line to buy tickets that may become available after a show, or particular ticket type has already sold out.

How the Waitlist works:

  • You'll be placed into a first-come, first-served list. 

  • Your card will be pre-authorized, but not charged, and you will receive a Waitlist email confirmation.

  • If tickets become available, your order will be processed automatically, your card will be charged, and you will be notified via email. 

  • Seat selection will not be available for Waitlist orders. If your order is fulfilled, you will automatically receive the best available ticket(s) for seated orders. Please note that you may end up with seats that are not together.

All tickets purchased through the Waitlist include a $10 fee per ticket. If you never receive tickets, you will not be charged for any tickets or fees.

CAUTION: OTHER TICKET RE-SALE PLATFORMS

We STRONGLY caution our fans against purchasing tickets directly from another customer or website in any fashion. Do not purchase tickets that you see advertised by customers on websites like Stubhub.com, Craigslist.com, Facebook.com, or any other third-party platform. We see many ticketing scams and unless tickets are purchased directly through our website, our waitlist or transferred through the Tixr fan-to-fan transfer option, we can not guarantee that they are real tickets and you risk the chance of arriving and being denied entry.

CHILDREN AND MINORS

  • Children 10 and under are allowed in to any show for free with a paying adult. Children 10 and under do not need a ticket of their own for Standing Room, however they do need a Reserved Seating ticket if you would like them to have their own seat.

  • Children and minors 11 years old or older must have a ticket (either Seating or Standing) to attend a show.

  • All children and minors (under the age of 18) must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult. Minors may NOT be dropped off to attend the show by themselves. Accompanying adults may NOT wait in the parking lot without a ticket.
