Re: COVID-19 Preparedness

Dear Levon Helm Studios Patrons,

We are writing to give you an update on precautionary measures we are taking in light of the global spread of COVID-19 in order to ensure the safety of our audience, staff, and performing artists:

• Restrooms, handrails, door handles, and other commonly used surfaces will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before each show and periodically during each show.

• Our staff has been asked to observe New York State-recommended personal health protocols and to remain at home if they are feeling ill, or if they may have been exposed to COVID-19.

• We ask any patron who may have been exposed to COVID-19, or who is exhibiting symptoms, to please stay home. These symptoms include fever, cough, and shortness of breath.

• We have temporarily suspended our community snack table.

• We are working on securing and installing hand sanitizing stations throughout the venue.

Per the recommendations of local and state authorities, all upcoming concerts at Levon Helm Studios will take place as scheduled unless we are advised otherwise. Any further updates will be communicated via email as well as posted on our website, Facebook, and Instagram.

We remain committed to our mission of bringing world-class music to the Hudson Valley, and look forward to continuing to do so while also maintaining health and safety as our highest priorities.
